Not useful for newest MacBooks, not durable
Can’t be used on a 2020 MacBook Pro. And plugging it into other adapters has caused it to already show wear.

Apple thunderbolt adapter
Being rual Ontario our internet connection is not the best but by direct wiring to the router via Ethernet net cord and using a thunderbolt adapter to our Mac book pro we now can fasetime which before was extremely delayed or not usable

Apple Thunderbolt to Ethernet adapter
A good solution for when you need to connect a laptop to an ethernet connection if you computer lacks an ethernet port. I used it with a 2018 Macbook Pro to connect to a home internet modem/router combo. Simple connection and worked as advertised.
