Doesn't fit the kitchen towels
Poor design, there are no kitchen towels distributed in the UK that fit this dispenser

Nice solid and sturdy towel
Nice solid and sturdy towel holder. Just wish the quick release knob was more sleek and stylish vs big bulky and unsightly. Knob is way bigger than it needs to be.

Simple human paper towel holder
Love this product. I installed it vertically next to the sink. This is my fifth purchase of this product because it makes it simple for this human to function.

Wall mount paper towel holder.
This is best permanently mounted paper towel holder in the world!! The advantage is one hand removal of paper towel. One or more squares depending on how much you roll out. The spring tension is just right that keeps roll steady.

Really nice , but.
It’s a great roll holder well made and looks smart.The only flaw is finding the right size roll to fit ! The ones we use were a little short so you didn’t get the tension to rip a sheet off. So I made a spacer and it now works as it should , maybe it should come with a couple of spacers .

Better towel holder
I'm almost 81 years old, and this is the best towel holder I have ever used. I had one in the kitchen, and just got one for my mudroom near the utility sink. It's very easy to change out rolls, and excess paper does not continue to roll off the spool. Great product.

Love it!
I've used a Simplehuman counter top paper towel holder for years and decided to try the wall mount to save space after some reorganizing. I attached it underneath my cabinet and it's perfect. Sturdy, easy to use and very stylish! Simplehuman products are the best!

Replacement
Replaced old towel holder with same one but new because it broke. A new one has not been installed as the wall anchors are different and the wall needed spackling to repair the holes from the last installation event. One it is in, it should work nicely.

Easy installation, and the removable
Easy installation, and the removable end cap is brilliant! IIt holds a roll of paper towels securely in place, but makes changing the roll easy.

This is my second holder,
This is my second holder, my first lasted many years! My new one does not keep paper towels as tight as I would like, especially as the roll thins. The spring on opposite side of handle is not as well made, not firm to hold paper towels in tight. May be returning in hopes of getting a better one.

could be easier to mount
Seems okay so far. The screwholes are right behind the cross bar, makes it impossib to screw the screws in straight. Also the screws themselves are a bit longer than needed.

One handed operation!
Wasn’t sure at first that it worked, re-read the instructions which made it clear it wasn’t a brake type dispenser which only ever allows 1 sheet at a time. I am able to pull multiple sheets then quickly tear them off one handed from the roll which I have wall mounted under my cupboards.
