Periodically the ink cartridges, cause a great deal of noise at the copier which my Tech has confirmed. I don’t have a problem with the ink, but I have a big problem with the amount of noise that is created when I change cartridges from time to time it doesn’t happen every time but often enough that it is very

I received my order in one day
I not only received my order in one day the HP 410A Yellow was less expensive on this site than other sites.

Good product
The sales associate Andy was very knowledgeable and professional. He is an asset to Staples. So far the printer is working well. My husband was able to install the software easily and the copies are very nice.
