Black Toner Cartridge
My printer was making black smudges UNTIL I purchased a true HP 410A Black Toner Cartridge. Will not use any other brands.

HP 410x Cyan High yield toner
2ND time toner leaks while printing. Slowly blots out spots on document. 2 different toner colors. Had to switch out with new toner. Printer is 25 months old. Next time I will try a different brand.

Best toner ever
This is the best cyan toner I have ever used, in that it has toner, and its lame predecessor no longer had toner. The way the blues resonate on the page is easy like Sunday morning, and makes me want to disappear to a far away place where the water is the same shade of Cyan.

For You're a Melow Good Yellow
Indeed when the printer stops working I stop working. The fastest solution was to order the required color online and more which we did. Delivery was quick. Nowhere online was our ability to add our tax free status. The bill reflected taxes. It meant a trip to Staples who cleared that up.
