Periodically the ink cartridges, cause a great deal of noise at the copier which my Tech has confirmed. I don’t have a problem with the ink, but I have a big problem with the amount of noise that is created when I change cartridges from time to time it doesn’t happen every time but often enough that it is very

Love my HP laser printer. Was disappointed that the store doesn't stock the double toner. The person that helped me was terrific however. I believe his name is Zach. It would be GREAT to have customer service's persons name on store receipt like restaurants do. he worked in the copy & printing dept.

Works great as advertised, but expensive.
No surprise here, but the HP toner cartridges work best with the HP printers. After having issues with some cheaper alternatives, we finally gave in and purchased the real deal. I'm only giving this four stars instead of five because I wish they were cheaper...

Problems
This toner has repeated left spots all down the pages that we print. We use this yellow in all of our printers and have had continued problems with it for approximately 4 months now.
