defective
Bought online. The item came defective. The very first locking mechanism is supposed to be several inches down from where it is and is supposed to twist down to reveal the holes where the bracket is screwed in. It won't turn at all no matter how hard I try. Tried calling the "help" number they give and it just says busy. Furious that I have to waste my time and gas t...

I give this roof rake a thumbs up. It's lightweight and easy to extend If needed. I cleared away about 7 inches of snow from my awning in a few minutes. Glad I purchased it. I live in the NE and I'm sure it will get plenty of use.

Easy to assemble and seems to work decently
Instructions are easy to follow to assemble it and it works pretty well. Trying to lock the positions in some settings makes it difficult to reduce the tool back to it's normal setting - overall a decent and useful tool

Good quality product.
This is a nice light weight inexpensive snow rake. Love the telescoping feature that's compact for storage. 21 feet of extention is more than enough for my purposes.
