Love this chair!
I am actually short but overweight. I have had trouble finding a chair with a wide enough seat with such a deep seat that I can't use the back without feeling like I'm laying down. didnt realize it was for a big & tall person
if your short and big NO GOOD the seat base is definitely for a tall person, i will return it and go to the store to try some out in person

wheel snapped off after 5 wks!
after just 5 weeks of use, one of the wheels snapped off! I do not recommend this chair. Staples limits the return of the chair to only 2.5 weeks after delivery,

broken after 9 months
i bought this chair in sept 2022. i was happy with it until today. the chair broke today. one of the casters broke the weld. it supposedly has a 2 year warranty. i will need to call customer care.

Good chair but back doesn't stay up
I do like this chair but the back, which can raise and lower, doesn't stay up. You can hear it ratcheting when you raise it but it just slides back down.

Very Disapointed
Height is good, but the back isn't able to be moved out further from the seat and the back slides right back down from where you position it. Arms cannot be positioned out any further, only up and down.

The back seems to have a feature to adjust the height, however when you adjust it, it falls back down. It appears to be stripped, or something preventing it to keep the newly adjusted position. Back does NOT stay up at all.
Seat is good and cushioned, bottom where wheels go is made way stronger now, so the wheel sockets shouldn't break the weld, like the last chair. the back on this newer model is awful-does not stay up on its own. disappointed. Should be better quality for the price.

The back on this chair won't stay up which makes the back very uncomfortable. The seat feels like it is tilting forward so I feel like I'm being launched out all the time. And it is uncomfortable to sit in so at the end of the day my back hurts. I'm so mad I'm stuck with this chair at work all day.

small pad in the back of the chair
I dont care for the little pad in the back of the chair. It doesn't hit me in the small of my back. I have adjusted the up and down on the back and it doesn't go high enough for me, it needs a couple of more clicks.

Such a comfortable chair!
I've had the chair about a month now and it is so comfortable. The build quality is sturdy and better than anything else I've used even back in my office. The cushion is thick and comfortable, and the mesh chair back has great lumbar support. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Fixable wheels, Tricky back adjustment
comfortable chair, solid and adjustable.
Wheels did not rotate well as delivered. Needed to lubricate and polish edges before it started to rotate and not slide on hard surface.
Chair back adjust needed to be pushed to lowest and highest position a few times till the cam started working.

Mesh Backer Issues
Chair has only been used for less than 4 months in an office setting. The chair mesh backer is already starting to seperate from the framing. It seems to have a wire edge that is supposed to be pinched between the plastic chair frame. Will be contacting GOVT. rep for possible return.

Ok but not not great chair
Pluses were it was easy to assemble. Minutes are that the seat back height adjust must doesn’t work. I can pull it up to fit but it won’t stay. Pretty disappointed since I just started using it,

Comfortable and sturdy but having issues with the back of the chair
I received this chair faster than I thought I would which was great and the chair itself is comfortable and sturdy. The only issue I"m having with it is that the back slides down so the lumbar support doesn't stay in the right position. I haven't yet investigated whether there is an adjustment I can make to address this issue.
