Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Staff member asked me if I needed help. I definitely did. Showed him the photos of the inside of the HP and of tags on top lid. He knew where to look amongst many types of ink jets. They fit in perfectly. The HP started printing immediately.

When we bought our ink and I asked if we ever get credit or a discount we were told that you don’t do that any longer. We have to have your app to get a discount. We have been your customer for years. After we purchased a few days later you send us a discount on what we bought. Think we will look for someone’s else to do business with.

Lasted for 60 pages
Terrible waste of money Should get 200 pages and it was empty after 60 while all other cartridges last for the same flyer we are printing. This one was a dud.
