Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

product not as described
the ad describes as XL for both cartridges but the product that arrived (with the same prod number on the package as the add) has black XL but only standard for the color cartridge.

Good ink cartridge for my needs
I found that buying the larger cartridge was too big: it dried out before I was able to use it so I like this regular size better.

Wrong product
Product display placed tri- color at eye level. Wanted to buy black and didn’t notice wrong product until I got home…will ask for exchange. Ask stockers to place black at eye level alongside tri-color not high above.

Black is a very good product.
Ever sense I bought my HP ENVY printer I've been using hp65 ink,and would not use any kind of substitute ink.

Ok Printer , the "HP Smart" software that runs it is horrible as it has numerous problems. Not recognizing the Printer from Desktop while my phone recognizes it immediately. We will only buy Epson a for the business next time

The ink didn’t work
I trouble shoot the cartridge and turned out when I put a new one in the printer it worked. I didn’t have the time to return it so I didn’t get a refund or exchange.

Didn't work
This cartridge did not work, I tried several times and got an error message that it didn't work..Needed ink right away and went to store to purchase cartridge. That one worked, so it was not a printer problem, but a defective cartridge,
