Hi there, I am sorry that the cartridge didn’t work very long for you. That sounds irritating. I can understand if you're upset by the length of time it lasted. I'm sorry you're experienced that, but perhaps you are printing more high-density prints lately. That would make a difference. It might be helpful to change the settings to black only or print in grayscale when appropriate. Some colors might be used even when it looks like you're only printing blacks or grays. Hello, My apologies for this happening to you. This is a regrettable situation. The message about incompatible cartridges could mean that your printer was not designed to use that particular cartridge, or it could be caused by other things. If there is a fingerprint or some damage on the contacts, the printer’s sensors might mistake it for the wrong cartridge. To see if that is the case, carefully polish the copper contacts on the cartridge (and the matching ones inside the printer) with lint-free material to see if that helps the connection.
