Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

HP 65 Black Ink Cartridges
The cartridge itself is fine as usual but delivery for store pickup was promised in one day and that didn't happen. I needed ink as quickly as possible and that's why I paid a little more for it from Staples but it didn't arrive until day 2.

I don't usually by the XL they don't seem to be that much better. I bought it because that was the only color one available.

Ordering a Staple Ink
First ever order from Staples. Opted to order when no store in town carried this black ink cartridge. I appreciate the options offered - having it delivered FREE or in store pickup. Wow! I opted for delivery to my door. Saved on travel. Delayed one day but with this Covid19 business I am grateful to get it before Christmas. I will certainly order from Staples again.

Ink runs out quickly
I buy these because this is what my printer requires. The ink is minimal and runs out quickly. HP has a good scheme going to have to replenish the cartridges often. I turn my printer off when not using during the day and I follow all their recommendations to "preserve" ink but it doesn't matter. I had an HP printer from years ago that finally broke from use.
