Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Problem Solved
My black ink was full but not working. It was defective. I thought I was having troubleshooting problems. Changed cartridges and problem solved.

Reliable Service
We have used this product for more than three years. Recently it has not been on the rack in the store. Clerk's offer to order it and have it shipped directly to our house is very much appreciated as it saved an extra trip to the store which I had thought would be needed. Of course we like it because our printer would not work without this ink cartrridge.

Didn’t work
I bought the 2 pack of black & color #65. The black worked, but couldn’t get the color one to work. Kept getting the message that the cartridge was damaged or empty.
