Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Printer cartridge may be defective
the printer keeps telling me there's an issue with cartridge and to reinstall it. Very frustrating.

I am sorry that the cartridge didn’t work right. I can understand why you are frustrated.
One thing that could help is resetting the printer by unplugging it while it is still on, waiting a bit and then plugging it back in.

I had paid for one black xl and one tri-color xl. I received only the black ink. I called and was left on hold and so I emailed you. I received an answer 2 days later apologizing and you said you would send out a tri-color ink as soon as possible. I have yet to receive it.

Color cartridge
Bought 2 other HP color cartridges from store and for some reason both showed empty on the printer. Could not return them and as they were out of the 65 could not exchange them. Ordered through your website and bingo, yours worked.
