Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Why aren’t staples stores carrying this ink?
I am not rating the ink… it came in a timely manner. However I went to two Staples stores one on Halsted in Chicago… and another on Wakeegan in Glenview. Bother stores were out f this ink. Well stocked with other inks!

Train your sales associates
The first sales associate gave up said there is no ink cartridge. The second sales lady overheard the conversation and said lets see what we can order online. The fist sales associate new about this but was to lazy to order the item online for me. Hats off to the second sales women who went out of her way to satisfy the customer. Thank you.

more than enough
Works as promised.....for now. These HP cartridges clog up or dry out when used only occasionally. Terrible design by HP. Had to buy this triple cartridge because the standard one wasn't available.
