Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Poor Quality
I will have to invest more money on a better ink cartridge. I just needed ink to make copies of important documents and the quality was poor faded out.

The best ink!
The HP ink does not dry up quick, unlike Epson’s. That’s why I switched to HP. Love the quality and the price!

Computer Toner refills
I was amazed that my replacement toners were delivered the next morning. The helpful sales associate told me possibly I would get them the next day but I was shopping in the afternoon and didn't really count on this quick delivery. I'm very happy that I shop at Staples.

Difficult to replace
Love the printer small and versatile. Ink replacement is an issue. Does no easily slide into chamber. Have watched videos and still can't get it working. Bought both printer and ink at staples. Very disappointed
