Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Convenient and economical!
The cartridges arrived very quickly and I was kept apprised of the shipping process. They cost less than they do at area stores. Now that I'm in a rhythm, I keep one package ahead; no more running to the store for an urgent printout. These are the same excellent quality I've come to expect from HP.

Replacement ink cartridges work great!!

Supreme service
To be honest I thought the product was a bit expensive but the customer service trumps the cost really. I love my hp printer. I use it a great deal for business and needed the ink badly and do not have the luxury of waiting in line for what seemed forever. Came home placed the order and in no time it was at my door. Small price to pay for all that convenience. Thanks

I would rather support the guys at the local store here in Conifer Colorado than do the mail order or delivery thing. they have provided great advice on my home and office needs as well as many items involving wife's job with Jefferson County.The personal contact with the Staples staff may be missing for a while but I will be glad to pay a couple of bucks more to people...
