Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Good quality at an outrageously high price
The HP cartridges are dependable and make for a good presentation but they do not last long and to replace them is annoyingly costly. It seems a calculated way HP compensates for its printer’s low price.

This cartridge doesn’t work
The printer keeps saying please install correctly and it is installed correctly. I also purchased a 64XL (Black ink cartridge) and installed that and it works fine - It’s not user error. There’s something wrong with the cartridge. I put in the old cartridge and that works fine.

I always purchase ink cartridges from Staples because you can return your empty cartridges for recycle. You can always find ink cartridges for just about any copier. If there is a problem you can take it back to Staples for adjustment or replacement. Their specialists can help you with copier glitches too.
