Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Deficient returned!
New black cartridge put in printer Printer did not indicate a new full level but just stayed low level like one a took out Tried to print—nothing-light like shadows Removed cartridge and reload - same result Removed cartridge and put in old one (which was removed when printer said low) Indicated still low but printed regular

Terrible Delivery
Absolutely unacceptable delivery, 4 days after promised. Misinformation regarding delivery, customer assistance offshore and did not follow through on promised call. Simply put, will not use service again.

cartridge good- printers lousy at keeping ink
While the cartridges are good, all the HP ink jet printers are horrible at keeping the ink from overflowing into the bottom of the printer if not used at least weekly

Always the best place to buy ink
I purchase HP only ink from Staples. Always quality products and fast shipping ...... until it wasn't. This order took much longer to arrive. Its usually one or two days not this time. I would have been better off driving to the store. Staples please check your shippers time delays.
