Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Great customer service
I ordered ink and I never received it. I do have a ring doorbell and it doesn’t show anyone delivering it at the time stated by UPS and Staples. Customer service was extremely accommodating and mailed out a second replacement and received within two days… Well packaged and I will order again.

HP 65XL black cartridge
Never have any problems with these cartridges. Have tried off brand to save money but they don't work in my printer. Always good results!

Image is clear and jet black, even sharper than previous cartridges. I only use HP original cartridges.

OK but not impressed with the "expedited delivery"
It's a standard black ink cartridge but it took 9 days to arrive and the Canada Post tracking number was not recognized by Canada Post.
