Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Damage ink cartridge
My ink cartridge arrived damaged and unusable. Tried to file a claim. But the site was impossible to navigate. Will never order from them again. Going to buy a new printer and it will definitely not be a HP.

Customer Service was Superior
I was assisted by a young man who was the best customer service assistant I had ever experienced anywhere. He was fantastic. I brought the ink cartridge home and it fit perfectly...it was not the one recommended on the internet (I had bought that one previously and it did not fit).
