Not happy
I ordered an armless chair, however a box of 8 sets of chair arms arrived instead. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for resolution - I have no chair, which I need, and I have a large, heavy box of furniture arms taking of space.

Great chair!
I am very hard on office chairs due to my height and weight. This chair rolls easily and is comfortable all day long. I do prefer no arms due to the size of my office. I did have difficulty getting the phillips head screws (that anchor the lift mechanism to the seat) completely tight; they tended to strip making the screwdriver useless. Great chair but not as good one year in.
This chair was fantastic to begin with. Perfect for me, one year in and it squeaks and creaks, the seat is not as comfortable anymore at all. I need to add a cushion to it as at the end of the day my backside hurts from sitting for the last 7 hours. Needs a bit more cushion to it and maybe option to raise it a little higher. Fantastic chair for my heavy employees
This is my second purchase of the HERCULES office chairs for heavier employees. Both employees LOVE the Hercules chair I purchased for them. It handles their weight and is comfortable!
I wish they had a Big and Short category though for my shorter, heavier employees.

Excellent home office chair!
Very easy to assemble. Comfortable to sit in for long periods. Nice and sturdy for a big guy. Good lumbar support. I like not having arms. Definitely a good choice.

Comfortable at first now hurts my butt if you sit in it for long periods of time
The chair was pretty good at first but now I notice that by the end of the day, your butt hurts. Near the end of the day I have to constantly get up and down to stop the pain.

Fairly disappointed. Seat is pretty hard, hurts worse than my old chair...
Well built, easily adjustable. But the seat is not very soft imo. Hurts my rear worse than my old chair. Lovely, it will be years before the boss agrees to let me purchase another.
Oh, screws that screw the seat to the base are 1/4" longer than necessary and go all the way thru the metal into the foam. Dumb.

I bought one of these chairs last year to use while doing the paperwork portion of my teaching job, and when the school year ended, I took the chair home for the summer. I enjoyed having chair at home so much over the summer, that when I went back to school, I bought another chair for work. That make two, and they are strong, sturdy and reliable. Great Chairs!

Sturdy Chair
Very happy with these chairs, unlike some of the previous chairs with a plastic base, these have a metal base, much sturdier. The guys like the higher back on the chair.
