Bought 3 different colors. Our copier/fax machine is not working properly keeps leaving colored spots on the paperwork? Very disappointed with this product. If I could I would return them

The ink is poor quality and leaves color streaks

Try to use the Sustainable Earth cartridges for our office on a regular basis unless they are backordered. Appreciate the price in comparison to the name brand. Glad to hear they are made in Michigan!
