I received my freezer within 5 days after I ordered and it was delivered in perfect shape. It was easy to unpack and set up. I only wish that there would have been an option to purchase baskets for storing the food. So far it's working and freezing great. I would recommend this product for someone who just needs a little extra freezer storage.
