Well, it does what it’s supposed to do. It makes you sweat in the abdominal area but not as much as the one that I bought 15 years ago which was not the GoFit brand. But what is as good today as it was 15 years ago?

There are other models which are larger & heavier and more complex but this one is just enough & kust what I needed. Thinking about getting another : )

I have purchased this product after a major accident and was released from the physicians.
