Great experience
Had to return some ink cartridges which were bad and the clerk handled the transaction very quickly and easily. Appreciate the speed and efficiency used to get me in and out quickly so I could get back to the job at hand

PIGMA MCRN BLK PEN
I love how smooth the pen rights...BUT I have to say it's very hard to remember what I bought days ago when you call it a PIGMA MCRN BLK PEN. The word PEN was a great clue. I figured out BLK meant black. In the future I would expect you might get more answers to your surveys if you translated your abbreviations into people English... we are not computers.In the mn tm hv...
