Not this color
The ones I received are a light "pastel" green. Nothing like the lime green photo in this posting. Quite disappointed.

Envelopes
They are envelopes. Light blue small fit a check. You have to lick them to seal. Not too thin not too thick. They served their purpose. 3 stars because they are a basic envelope.
