inconsistant quality
ordered this item on 2 separate times the first came didn't think there was a problem. The second time I noticed the difference the small metal fasteners that hold the closer on where all missing on the first order. this cause the closer to come completely off on the envelope. the only reason I kept item is my use I do not intend to open and close envelope
