Delays, delays... delays
Product is undoubtably high quality, but I can't say for sure until I actually receive it. Would have been nice if I was told the item was on backorder before I purchased. APC anticpates a 3 month delay in shipment. I recommend sourcing this type of product from an organization with better supply chain management.

On day 2, power fluctuated, the battery worked!

Initial impressions
Looks good and appers to work well. It gives a nice clear indication of how much time is remaining when the power is cut off.

Very satisfied!
Setup was easy and done within a few minutes. The UPS itself was smaller than i had thought, but that is a plus since it takes up such a small footprint. Overall i am very happy with the product.

BR1350MS Backup UPS Review
Setup was a snap. Glad I purchased a 10 outlet model since I needed most. Downloading the Powerchute software was easy using the supplied USB/Ethernet Data port adaptor cable. Thus far, the unit's been running like a champ. No complaints.

When i was working in industry the IT department always provided these type of units to the engineering staff. The part of town where we worked was always loosing power. The drafting engineers were also very happy they had these connected to their workstations. Great product! Great service!
Great product. Previous unit last years longer than estimated battery life. Upgrade service is very handy to both replace and recycle the battery!
