The toner is excellent in quality but I have to print about 600 greyscale pages per college semester for study materials and research papers. I would have given 5 stars which the quality deserves but did not due to quantity. An "Extended Life" cartridge would have got the 5-Star rating. The printer is now leaving black streaks on every copy
Every time I make a copy or print something from the computer the paper always has a series of black streaks along the edge of the paper. This is the first replacement cartridge I have had to buy. Not happy with it at all.

Better than ink

REUSE OF CARTRIDGE
Delivery perfect. But I tried to get info from HP how to send back the used Cartridge. Impossilbe to get help from HP. Very bad - I thought you had a policy to reuse Cartridges! Bad for environment also

TOO EXPENSIVE! Why should I have to spend $65 each time my printer runs out of ink? I should be able just to replace the ink without having to wastefully buy a new cartridge. The product works well but the price is crazy!
