Out of 2 toners ordered one was defective
I bought 2 toners for my home printer. The service is fast and I’ve always received good products. However the last order contained a defective toner. Waiting to hear if it can be replaced.

Lasts a long time. Probably a year.
I had trouble at first putting the toner cartridge in the printer and gave up and then went back to it and lo and behold, it slipped right in. A miracle. I would hope that you will include printed directions in the box for next time. Hard to read the ones on the cartridge. I am wholly satisfied now.

Good product too pricey
As noted in the title above the product is quite good but contains somewhat less ink than I believe is warranted. I used to get a reduced price for purchasing two cartridges but that offer is not longer available. The result is a higher price. HP 17A Black toner cartridge
I bought it to replace my cartridge in the printer as I had a low cartridge warning? However the cartridge in the machine still performs so I will not replace it until it doesn’t? I expect a similar experience with the new one when that happens?
