New Cartridge
Printer needed a new cartridge I ordered it online (first time usually went into the store) and it is delivered on the day promised. Installed item and I was able to print the needed documents. Nothing short of fantastic. The next step would be that the printer communicates on its own to Staples and a new cartridge is shipped here just before the used one is exhausted...

Easy and simple toner purchase
Easy to purchase and recycle this toner for in house printer. Website was easy to navigate and it took under 5 minutes to change the toner from box open to placing the old one in the recycling bag.
