Wrong toner
This is not the replacement I needed for my printer and model number doesn’t match up with the printer we have so it’s a guess when we order it

Defective product
I bought it on Dec 9 2019 online, however, I only used 2 weeks, my printer showed message: the toner is very low, I am hoping I can get a new cartridage to replace this defective one at no cost

Good Toner
The only problem I noticed that I still get missed letters when I'm printing checks. I'm not sure if it's a toner related problem. Otherwise It was easy to install and last a lot longer than the cheaper brands.

HP LaserJet toner from Staples a breeze...e
This cartridge was easy to locate at the Hanover MD store and store personnel were helpful. Bonus points: it only took me about 5 minutes to replace the old cartridge when I got home. And I LOVE HP's easy packing/shipping set-up to ensure my old one gets recycled.

Runs out too fast and too expensive for how long it lasts
Doesn’t even get close to the claimed number of prints per page and I’m only printing lose line drawing stencils. Makes no sense.

I am retired but not really living on a low fixed income. I switched a year ago from color to your HP black. I thought I would be saving money but my replacement cartridge as you know is about 78.00. I believe my cartridge will last a while longer than my color.
