Works fine easy to install but expensive.
Works fine easy to install in fact it seems they have improved the installation. But every time I buy a new one which is not that often it seems the price always is more. Also they should be clear on how to recycle the used cartridge with Staples.

I need to return the product. Once I receive it, I realized that I needed a 32A Drum not the 19A drum that was sent. I followed the product line when I ordered, so I am disappointed that I am still waiting to get my printer back online.
