The ink is great… But a wonderful sales assistant made the purchase even more pleasant!!?

Helpful Salesman
The salesman who sold us this cartridge at the route 1 in Dedham MA store knew what he was talking about and sold us the right cartridge. The salesman at the store on Needham St. in Newton MA told us that the cartridge was no longer being made; that we should buy a new printer. Training is needed in the Newton store.

It's HP Toner
I think my last cartridge was just a little shy of 1600 pages before it started fading based on the print report so it's close enough to the mark. Depending on how much you print a high yield option would be nice.

long lasting and economical
Shelving my colour ink jet printer for an HP black and white was an economical move. works very well and much cheaper than printing documents on an ink jet colour. Obvious but it took me awhile...

Streaks on paper ruin an entire page. I completely empathize with your situation. Let's troubleshoot the issue together. First, take the cartridge out of the printer. Take a damp cloth and wipe the printhead of the cartridge. Next, use a damp cloth to wipe the print rollers in the printer. Run a test page to ensure the streaks are gone.
