Got two of the 3 pack came with one rechargeable battery. Said it could use AAA batteries. Used them said low battery. So basically, you have to use the rechargeable battery it came with. Which means I have to spend another $169.00 dollars to for the rest of them which is 4 of them.

Two way radios dissatisfaction
I’m dissatisfied with this item , it doesn’t work long distance as described . I’ve tried it out personally and it doesn’t meet my expectations.

battery issue
One of the batteries wouldn't hold a charge. I really didn't get a real chance to use them the way I wanted because of this issue.

Incredibly Limited Range
All is easy and great except the 28 mile range in north metro Atlanta is, at best, 1/2 mile. Yes, the package clearly states that with terrain and trees the distance shrinks considerably. I was expecting, however, about 5 miles. I live in a subdivision of only 55 houses and they barely work at the most distant point.

You could improve product by allowing the units to safely be place back on charger at any time. ( like a wireless home phones can)
