Worked ok for the first few days, but then started printing copies with too much toner in the background, making dark copies. Plan on returning to Staples and going back to a brand name cartridge.

all three Tru Red color cartridges
Purchased all three colors recently. The inside of my printer was a powdery mess from the colored power leaking out of the cartridges. Plus detailed color printing was powdery on the paper and color sluffed off. Regret my purchase. A huge waste of money. Threw all three away and went back with the Brother cartridges.Would love a refund but I am sure it is to late for th...

Toner cartridge was empty!
I purchased this TruRed Yellow toner cartridge in March, 2020 and it is empty!! There is no way I went through that much yellow toner in five months!
