False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Never go manufacture again!
I was able to install the 64XL black cartridge easily. As soon as it was in I got a message that the cartridge was a genuine HP Product and my printer started to print immediately. Fantastic results.

HP indicated 2 day delivery, but it took from Friday to Wednesday. Otherwise, I am happy.
Canada post does not deliver to Calgary as fast as HP indicates.

Keep extra ink cartridges around.
It’s nice to have an extra cartridge around because they clog up over a short period of time and you need one so you can get a readable print.

Defective cartridges
I have had 3 cartridges that ran out of in in a day without much use. I had to call Staples and complain. If you can get other cartridges do it!

Hi Jacqueline Are you doing a lot of printing? If not three cartridges are a lot to go through in one day. I apologize for the circumstances. I would check for a leak inside the printer. Take a look and see if anything is puncturing the cartridges. Another possibility is that these cartridges sat for a long time and went dry. Try cleaning the printhead.
