False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

This is no where near the deep black ink that my other bk xl ink produced very disappointing.

Did not print copies expected
Neither cartridge had hardly any ink in them to be XL size. Printed less than 100 copies containing both colors. Ran out of black first then colored quickly after.

Hi Cindy One hundred pages for an XL cartridge is atypical. Still results vary by usage. I did notice you mentioned using color ink. If you frequently print assess how much color ink you are using. Photos in particular use a ton of ink. I would adjust your preset printer settings. Decreasing the print quality setting will save you ink. Amanda HP Care www.hp.com/support/

Need separate black cartridges
Great product. I just wish Staples would also carry only the black ink cartridge without the color cartridge. I use less color more black.
