False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Not the ink it's your staff.
Asked where I should exchange the cartridge I bought the previous day and the young man at the tech support counter said I could go to the register or he could help me. He refunded the incorrect cartridge and rang up the new one in no time at all.

Not holding my breath
Worked like a charm after inserting into printer. Like others I don't believe I am going to get 200 pgs from this cartridge so creating a log to try to keep up. I'm not printing photos or graphics just Word docs so keep your fingers crossed!

HP 64XL Original Ink Cartridge
I only use HP Original Ink Cartridges for my HP Photo printer and the XL High Yield is the best value and HP has the highest quality. I wouldn't ever use anything else and never have. highly recommended!!
