False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Why 64 Cartridges Required vs 62
We couldn’t find our latest auto shipment of 64 cartridges and tried to use 62 cartridges that we had for backup. Although they would work we were notified that 62 cartridges were not part of automatic system so we ordered 64 cartridges that arrived in two days and work fine

Poor Quality Low Yield
Only lasted about 40 pages. Staples generally very reliable been shopping there for year but this product failed to meet the advertised yield of 100+ pages.

Hi Philip I read your input about the product. I can provide suggestions for the future. I can also explain the HP advertising. If you didn't get the desired results I suggest analyzing your printing habits. Certain types of pages such as images use more ink. To save decrease the print settings and print in black ink only.
