False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Great Service
I brought in samples of printer tests that had lines through them. The helpful floor person sought out the person that knew the cause of the problem. He assured me that the problem was the ink cartridges and he explained why. He was spot on. I’ll go back and buy them again.

Printer cartidges suck
This ink is terrible. It looks like what happens when you’re typically running out of ink but it’s brand new. And yes, I took the tape off.

Same price-Less product!
It’s pathetic how much I paid for these cartridges. Y’all no different than cereal. Same size box with less product in it. I got 12 copies out of my last two cartridges I bought. And I even had my settings on least used ink/economical. Please put a fair worths of amount of ink for the cost in future cartridges please!
