False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Good working cartridge
After purchasing a faulty HD cartridge on line and getting no response from HD to my request for reimbursement in the Staples store I had a different experience. I was greeted by the manager who helped me kindly and explained details to me. The store bought cartridge works well.

I would suggest verifying the ink was good as soon as it is in the printer. This strategy allows ample time for returns.
