False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

First always test the cartridge upon receipt to ensure it is full and working correctly. The cartridge might have run out if you printed many pages at once. Use color ink sparingly. Service on line and delivery was as good as always. Normally I would give a 5 star rating, but this time I’m not sure what is wrong with the cartridge, the ink isn’t black like I’m used to, it’s very light as if it’s running out of ink, I know it can’t be because I just got it not long ago.
