False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

We have been using this 64xl since we have had printer. We only use hp 64xl black. It does the job we need.

HP Ink Cartridges Drying Out
I like the colour and black ink with the what I print. Unfortunately I find they can dry out if I do not use them regularly. I'll end up with fade out text and images, I found out, from a Staples associate, that I should run a test sheet at least once a week.

Regrettable
The Black 64 XL cartridge provided as a replacement for the original HP64XL for an HP OfficeJet Pro L7680 AIO was unaccepted as an HP. The Yellow was reported as non-HP. None of the color cartridges resulted in color print. My purchase money wasn't refunded and I await the arrival of yet another set of dubious cartridges!

Colored Ink Gets Used up very Quickly !!
The printer is overall not bad but there are 2 issues first loading the paper is kinda hit or miss as you have to gauge how many sheets will slide in to the tray which you cannot fully see and the colored ink depletes very quickly which becomes quite expensive. The black ink last a reasonable length of time. These 2 areas require an upgrade. Thank you.
