False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Wrong cartridge- employee helped
I couldn’t use these cartridges because they didn’t fit. I had told an employee the model of my printer and this is what I was told to buy. I’m sure the cartridges themselves work fine

Bad Cartridge
My 64XL gave out after limited use and my HP. Printer kept telling me that the cartridge was wasn’t installed properly. I have installed cartridges for years without a notice. I tried re-installing - installed as always and it felt and looked fine. But the notice kept re-appearing and no printing

Hi Natalie Mid-life cartridge error messages are confusing. I am sorry to hear you are going through this as a valued customer. The first suggestion I have may seem obvious but ensure the cartridge is clicked into the cartridge holder and firmly secured. The second suggestion I have is to update the firmware in the printer. If your printer required an update this update solves the cartridge problem. Check the printer settings. A change in the settings may be why the printer rejected the cartridge. Still confused
I am still trying to figure everything out, but i will let you know what i am about. I get confused VERY easily because i have MS, (which is fun at parties!). I am about to sent in some 2 printer cartridges, and i am overall happy with the system, but talk to be when I send these in.
