The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Black is back(up)
Since black ink impacts the environment less I plan to stick with black. Easy to read when used on unbleached white paper. Why use colored ink when you are just filing it away as a backup in case the cloud crashes (sounds odd).
