False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Poor quality.
There isn’t much ink in it. The copies come out lighter than usual.

Hi Erlinda It must be disappointing to receive faded ink on print copies and printed documents. We want customers to be fully satisfied with the printing process. I have a few solutions to try to fix this problem. • Ensure the cartridge is installed correctly and registers on the printer. • Manually clean the printhead and copper contacts to remove dried ink. • Run the cleaning function on the printer. • See if the cartridge is still under warranty. Supply chain problem
I had to buy a color cartridge as well as a B&W. I needed a B&W cartridge only. I realize Chinese ships are in the harbor still.

Print quality is great does a great job. Helps when I’m working from home once in a while to be able to have ink for print work related items. Only wish price was cheaper preferably under $20.00 would be great.
