False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

I have to replace both black and color cartridges from time to time and the price is outrageous!!! Come on. Why so expensive? They're not made of gold.

No success with new ink cartridges
I have 2 printers, a 2423e and a 3630. I bought the tri-color ink #63 and #64.. Cannot get either printer to work. All I get is the ink (orange) light flashing. Why won't they work?
