If you print much at all it makes so much sense to go to instant ink. They ship the cartridges to you and plans are anywhere from free-$9.99 per month. You can look around online and find up to 6 months free. This perk pays for the printer. HP Instant Ink Printer
I am delighted with my 15-page plan print free for life HP printer. I don't print very much and my ink was always drying up. I have told many of my friends about this offer and I'm so happy I was able to get it before it went off sale. Question: did my month begin the first day I set my printer up?

Ink for photos
This ink, so far, is working well for printing out 4"x6" photos. Colors are fairly true to what is on the pc screen.

HP64XL Cartridge
With HP you must use there Cartridge or it cannot tell when it is empty. Works great if it really a new cartridge but other do not work.
