False advertising
The add was for two packages. I received one package with a tricolor cartridge and a black cartridge. I believe their add was misleading.

Not important
It didn’t seem like anyone cared if I was there. When someone finally came he didn’t act like he wanted to help me at all. I have not had that problem that bad before.

Lousy Ink!
It's totally dried up or something. My printer won't print the colors at all, even after multiple alignments and cleanings.

HP 64 XL
Seems to go really fast, I print about 15 pictures and the ink shows it isn't out but won't print anymore color. I have HP printer Envy Photo 7855, Is this a printer default.

Hi Tom,
It was sure to be disappointing when the cartridge isn't printing. It is probable that its tiny inkjets are clogged and not allowing ink through to the paper.
There is a cleaning routine available from the printer's menu used to clear the inkjet nozzles out. The routine might need to be run more than once to clean out the clogs completely.
To prevent clogging - Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn your printer off. That gives it time to position the cartridge so it is protected from excessive drying, which leads to clogs in the inkjets.
